¶ 01 Mr. Speaker, under Standing Order 27(2), as five minutes remained from Question Time, I seek one minute before starting Public Business to present a brief summary of the answers provided.

¶ 02 Under Standing Order 27(2), Hon. Amirthanathan Adaikkalanathan asked eight questions; we have answered seven and one remains to be answered. Next, Hon. Dilin Jayawira asked four questions; we have answered two. Next, Hon. K. Kader Masthan asked five; including today’s, we have answered two. Hon. (Dr.) Ramanathan Archchuna asked six; we have answered five. Hon. Ravi Karunanayake asked 18; we have answered 15, with the pending ones asked on August 21 and 22. Hon. Sivagnanam Sritharan asked 14; we have answered 10, including the one asked today, September 10. Remaining are the questions asked on July 23 and August 06. Hon. Sajith Premadasa asked 25; we have answered 22. Altogether, answers have been provided accordingly.
