¶ 01 Land Plots at Industrial Park in Poonthottam: Current Status Question No. 1315/2025 to the Minister of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development.

¶ 02 (a) Is he aware that— (i) there is an industrial park registered under No. 1458 in the Poonthottam area of Vavuniya; and (ii) some plots of land of it are in a derelict condition?

¶ 03 (b) Will he inform this House— (i) the total number of plots of land in the said industrial park; (ii) the number of plots that have been granted to entrepreneurs and the number that remain unallocated, separately; (iii) whether the lands granted so far are being utilized for their intended purposes; (iv) whether unutilized plots that were granted to entrepreneurs can be reallocated to other entrepreneurs; (v) if so, how many such plots; (vi) the last development programme implemented by the said industrial park using its own funds; and (vii) whether the said industrial park is operating at maximum capacity?

¶ 04 (c) If not, why?
