¶ 01 I am doing so, Mr. Speaker. I am ready to table these complaints. Dr. Sathyamoorthy is only Acting Consultant in Medical Administration, not a substantive Consultant. During the previous government, Cabinet approval was misused to place him in an end-post arrangement, blocking others. I request that politically influenced appointments be removed and justice be given to these youths. Our people voted for the NPP to catch thieves, not to protect them. There are numerous complaints against him. He boasts of his political patron. He even threatened at the DCC meeting that if removed, he would commit suicide. I lack a vehicle and security; how can I catch thieves? Please accept these complaints and remove such persons from the hospital, and conduct an impartial inquiry. I will table what was raised in the DCC meetings.
