¶ 02 AUDITOR-GENERAL'S REPORT

¶ 03 Under Article 154(6) of the Constitution of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, I lay on the Table Parts XXXVI, XXXVII, XXXVIII, XXXIX, XL and XLI of the First Book, and Parts XXI, XXII, XXIII and XXIV of the Fourth Book, of the Auditor-General’s Report for the financial year 2024.

¶ 04 Question put, and agreed to.

¶ 05 Ordered that the Report be printed.

¶ 06 REPORT OF INVESTIGATION INTO ALLEGED SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF A FEMALE EMPLOYEE IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT OF PARLIAMENT

¶ 07 Pursuant to the decision of the Parliamentary Staff Advisory Committee dated 2025.07.25 to conduct a fact-finding inquiry and report on alleged sexual harassment committed against a female officer of the Information Systems and Management Department of Parliament, I lay on the Table, in terms of the Committee’s decision of 2026.02.19, the Final Inquiry Report conducted by retired High Court Judge Sujatha Alahapperuma, which was submitted to me on 2025.11.24.

¶ 08 I also state that a copy of the said Report has been placed in the Parliament Library for the use of Hon. Members.
