There are several reasons: first, though Rs. 5 billion was said for Provincial Council Elections in the Budget, Rs. 12 billion is actually needed; second, no action has been taken on the Kalmunai North Divisional Secretariat issue; third, appointing a committee to intentionally drag and prevent the Provincial Councils Elections. For these three principal reasons, we request a Division.
