¶ 02 “Whereas the terms of office of the current members of the Constitutional Council appointed under Article 41A(1)(e)(iii) of the Constitution of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka have expired with effect from 19.01.2026, in terms of Article 41A(8)(a) of the Constitution;
