¶ 01 asked the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Land and Irrigation: (a) Will he inform this House - (i) whether he is aware that the Land Reform Commission has alienated lands to employees of the Commission under special privileges; (ii) if so, the number of employees who had been granted lands in such manner; (iii) whether he will present a full report pertaining to it; (iv) the legal basis of alienating lands to employees of the Land Reform Commission under special privileges; (v) whether there is a possibility to sell or transfer the lands so alienated to other parties; (vi) the number of lands sold or transferred to other parties, out of those lands received under special privileges; and (vii) the measures to be taken concerning the sale or transfer of such lands to other parties? (b) If not, why?
