¶ 01 Hon. Presiding Member, whatever the scheduled subject, after the Hon. President spoke here, I am compelled to address that context. The war unfolding today in the world is an abomination. If there is no peace today, one person bears singular responsibility — the President of the United States, Donald Trump. He is a great Satan; and in Israel there is a little Satan. They are a grave threat to world peace.

¶ 02 Having violated international law by assassinating a political leadership established by a sovereign government, this great Satan then sports a cap and boasts about 800115 — shameless. Did your President utter even a word condemning this? Why not? He spoke on how our country should face the situation — that is good and necessary — but are the President and this Government so subservient to great powers that they cannot utter a single word against those who started this war? That is the question.

¶ 03 Truly, this is a grave injustice. At a moment when international law has been so brazenly violated, every Muslim voter who supported this Government feels anger and disappointment that the President could not from that Chair condemn it.

¶ 04 Hon. Presiding Member, I have nothing against America or Americans. The problem is they have a mad hatter who wears a cap marked “USA” and boasts of absolute violations of international law as if he has done something great. It is shameless. The USA should use Article II Section 4 of its Constitution and impeach that man. That is when there will be peace in the world. Americans must know that Donald Trump has no right to wear that cap with “USA” on it.

¶ 05 There is something else. Those two Satans bear responsibility for many crises in our own country as well.

¶ 06 One intelligence officer has been arrested. Some here say, in 2014, there were dealings with Muslim extremist groups to eradicate terrorism. What terrorism existed in Sri Lanka in 2014? From 2012, military intelligence had dealings with Zaharan Hashim’s extremist group — not merely contacts, but by sending informants, providing them with facilities. Why? Because political leaders of the time, after defeating Tamil terrorism, needed a new target group to showcase patriotism. They even thought to commemorate the centenary of the 1915 Sinhala-Muslim riots with another communal clash. It began with Aluthgama, but that design failed. These facts will come out, and must, for the stability and future of this country, to dismantle the “deep state” the President referred to. Yet the President did not utter a single word condemning the war situation; we have a serious issue with that.

¶ 07 Truly, we all believe in one God — whether Prophet Dawud (David), Prophet Isa (Jesus Christ), or Prophet Muhammad — the One God of our father Ibrahim. We are the children of Ibrahim. Who is creating divisions among our Muslim people? The great Satan — the Goliath. As in 1 Samuel 17:45-46, David faced Goliath not with sword or spear but in the name of the Lord of Hosts.

¶ 08 Sir, I too come here without power — no army, no police protection, no tariffs to impose — only faith in the one God of Ibrahim. With faith as my sling and truth as my stone, I aim at the pride and arrogance that divide the world. The day Donald Trump loses political power will be the day the world finds peace — the day we rid ourselves of another Hitler. If we allow him to continue — today Iran, next Greenland, then Cuba, and who knows — even Trincomalee. Let us guard against this big Satan. I urge the American people: stand up, impeach him, and remove him in the name of peace and justice.

¶ 09 Let me conclude by reminding all these powers: Pharaohs thought themselves invincible; so does Donald Trump. The time has come for the world to speak for peace and stand united for peace and justice. Thank you.
