¶ 01 Hon. Deputy Speaker, I present the: (i) Annual Report and Annual Accounts of the Institute of Technology of the University of Moratuwa for the year 2023; (ii) Annual Report of the National Institute of Library and Information Sciences of the University of Colombo for the year 2023; (iii) Annual Report of the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine of the University of Colombo for the year 2023; (iv) Annual Report of the University of the Visual and Performing Arts for the year 2023; and (v) Annual Report and Accounts of the Postgraduate Institute of Science of the University of Peradeniya for the year 2023.

¶ 02 I move that these Reports be referred to the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Education, Manpower and Human Capital.

¶ 04 Sir, I present the Performance Report of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for the year 2023.

¶ 05 I move that this Report be referred to the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Governance, Justice and Civil Protection.

¶ 07 Sir, I present the Report on the observations and steps taken in terms of Standing Order 119(4) of Parliament with regard to the matters mentioned on the Judicial Service Commission Secretariat in the Report of the Committee on Public Accounts, which was presented to Parliament.

¶ 10 Hon. Deputy Speaker, I present the Aswesuma Welfare Benefit Payment Scheme made by the Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development under Section 9 of the Welfare Benefits Act, No. 24 of 2002, relating to welfare benefits and published in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 2429/02 of 24th March 2025.
