¶ 02 Head 117 – Minister of Transport, Highways, Ports and Civil Aviation Programme 01 – Operational Activities – Recurrent Expenditure, Rs. 1,044,000,000

¶ 03 Head 123 – Minister of Urban Development, Construction and Housing Programme 01 – Operational Activities – Recurrent Expenditure, Rs. 1,310,000,000

¶ 04 As per Gazette Extraordinary No. 2458/65 of 2025.10.18, ministerial subjects have been restructured. Accordingly, the Ministry of Transport, Highways, Ports and Civil Aviation is amended as Ministry of Transport, Highways and Urban Development (Heads 117, 306, 307, 311, 336 considered accordingly); the Ministry of Urban Development, Construction and Housing is amended as Ministry of Housing, Construction and Water Supply (Heads 123, 309–311, 332 considered accordingly); and a new Ministry of Ports and Civil Aviation is included under Head 176 (Heads 176 and 336 considered accordingly). These changes do not alter total recurrent or capital expenditures.
