¶ 01 Hon. Speaker, with your permission. Hon. Minister, my question pertains to the tragic incident yesterday at the Nauwuyana forest monastery in Melsiripura. To prevent such tragedies where mechanized transport facilities are used in difficult terrain, appropriate procedures are necessary. Many places operate such mechanized transport; the Ministry of Transport and Highways or local authorities should inspect and license them and subject them to annual inspections. I request that the concerned agencies act accordingly, and that you also inform the relevant authorities.
