¶ 01 Hon. Minister, I reject the answer in full. Since 2012 I have intervened—before the Provincial Council, and before its Public Petitions Committee. The facts you present contradict earlier reports. Agreements were said to be for 87 stalls; the prior report under Item 5 said 323 stalls. Today you say “one” stall but then refer to 15,780 sq. ft. for one entity at Rs. 5,000 per month—the same rent as a 150 sq. ft. stall. Also, an advance deposit of Rs. 60,000 per stall was taken; for 33 stalls that should be Rs. 1,980,000. Instead, there are irregular collections. Further, monthly rents for 33 stalls should aggregate far more than Rs. 5,000 per stall given larger areas. I therefore reject the answer. Two different reports have been sent, misleading the Minister. This is my first supplementary.
