¶ 01 Hon. Speaker, I thank the Hon. Minister for the comprehensive explanation. It is good that, instead of giving the vehicle number plate printing to one company as before—which caused great wastage—now the attempt is to award it to three companies. Hon. Minister, if you could also consider whether, in the future, the Government itself can do this instead of the private sector, it would be beneficial. Earlier, as per an Answer you gave on a different Question, we learned that private companies earn millions through the vehicle emission testing process, with nearly 80% of that income going to the private sector. If we can eliminate that and have the Government do it, that would be more appropriate.
