¶ 01 As a Government, we have appointed a Cabinet subcommittee and coordinating committees with the Secretaries to pursue a process on this matter. Several ministries must be coordinated to obtain the necessary information. That is why we requested a reasonable time to answer.

¶ 02 It will not even take a week; we will respond before that. There is no need to shout and create panic. This is a matter of national importance. However, rushing to give an offhand answer will not solve it. We are here to provide solutions. Previous governments did not resolve these issues. This is not about graduates who just passed out yesterday; these concerns have accumulated over many years while being neglected and pushed aside. We are working to provide them a fair solution. Therefore, there is no need to panic.

¶ 03 In this task, we must look at the number of vacancies in the Government, examine public sector development projects, and assess what degrees these persons hold and which vacancies match them. If we just scramble people into posts—tall ones as security and short ones as labourers—we could say something in a day, but that is not the way. This must be done more scientifically. Therefore, a reasonable time is required.
