¶ 01 Hon. Member, I addressed that at the outset. I intervened this morning specifically for Delft (Neduntivu) and Nainativu. I take responsibility to ensure safe travel. I spoke to the GA, to Minister Chandrasekar, and to others; they are now intervening. We also expect to operate 4,200 SLTB buses tomorrow. On rail, despite inherent issues, we have ramped up services as I detailed; some sections remain closed, but we are coordinating combined operations and ticket acceptance. For SriLankan Airlines passengers, there is a full waiver of change/cancellation fees due to weather disruptions. Many urgent measures have been implemented. We must also thank SLLDC and the Tri-Forces divers whose interventions expedited water release at Ambatale. This was the largest flood in a century; we moved quickly and will begin major cleaning. In very difficult areas like Kotmale, officers have established camps and airlifts; dedicated officials and volunteers are at work. Let us unite and avoid malevolent conduct. We will rebuild and stand firm despite external shocks.
