¶ 02 (i) Annual Report of the Uva Wellassa University for the year 2022;

¶ 03 (ii) Annual Report of the National Education Commission for the year 2023; and

¶ 04 (iii) Annual Report of the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education for the year 2023.

¶ 05 I move that these Reports be referred to the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Education, Labour Force and Human Resources.

¶ 11 (iv) Annual Report of the People’s Bank for the year 2023; and

¶ 12 (v) Annual Report of the State Mortgage and Investment Bank for the year 2023.

¶ 13 I move that these Reports be referred to the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Economic Development and International Relations.

¶ 16 (i) Regulations made by the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies under Section 20 read with Sections 4(1) and 14 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, No. 1 of 1969 as amended by Acts Nos. 48 of 1985 and 28 of 1987, published in Gazette Extraordinary No. 2428/07 of 19.03.2025;

¶ 17 (ii) Order made by the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies under Section 2(1) of the Finance Act, No. 25 of 2003, published in Gazette Extraordinary No. 2421/30 of 31.01.2025;

¶ 18 (iii) Order made by the Minister of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education, on the recommendation of the University Grants Commission under Section 27(1) read with Section 21 of the Universities Act, No. 16 of 1978, relating to the establishment of a Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, published in Gazette Extraordinary No. 2418/26 of 08.01.2025;

¶ 19 (iv) Order made by the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies under Section 19(a) of the Customs Ordinance (Chapter 235) as amended by the Customs (Amendment) Acts, Nos. 35 of 1974 and 83 of 1988, relating to Customs Import Duty, published in Gazette Extraordinary No. 2425/18 of 25.02.2025; and

¶ 20 (v) Note on Supplementary Allocations made from the provisions released under Head 240 — Department of National Budget — for the Development Programme from 01.03.2025 to 27.03.2025, laid on behalf of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education.

¶ 21 I move that the above Regulations, Order, Notification and Order be referred to the Committee on Public Finance.
