¶ 01 It is clear that national transport transaction data and backend services are being provided by a private company—Eimsky Business Solutions (Pvt) Ltd—thereby granting a private entity control over national transaction data. Whether you are currently there or not will become clear. You were the CEO, as photos show. Highway tolls and national bus fares are citizens’ money. Allowing systems managing those funds to be controlled by a company linked to a senior government officeholder undermines transparency and fairness. Therefore, I call for a special parliamentary select committee inquiry or, alternatively, an audit inquiry into all state contracts awarded to Eimsky Business Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and Omobio (Pvt) Ltd.

¶ 02 Also, note that the Auditor General is still not appointed. A Government that came to fight corruption has yet to appoint an Auditor General. Hence, at minimum, set up a select committee to investigate. I conclude with that reminder.
