¶ 01 Hon. Speaker, my second supplementary question: During construction, an understanding was reached to compensate farmers for non-cultivation during affected periods. A list was prepared and there was agreement to pay compensation, but to date no payments have been made. At coordination meetings we are told “in two weeks,” but those two weeks never arrive. I request your intervention to ensure compensation is paid. Further, appoint a Parliamentary Committee, or otherwise take suitable measures to study this issue.
