¶ 08 Question put, and agreed to: “That the increased sum of Rs. 105,100,000,000 for Capital Expenditure be inserted in the Schedule.” Capital Expenditure, as amended, ordered to stand part of the Schedule.

¶ 09 Question put, and agreed to for all the Recurrent and Capital sums under Heads 111, 210, 211, 220, and 308, as read.

¶ 10 Question put, and agreed to: “That the Committee report Progress, and ask for leave to sit again.”
