(b) The Public Gallery will be open to the invited guests only. (c) The Hon. Members of Parliament accompanying their spouses may alight at the staff entrance and proceed to the Parliament building. (d) The Hon. Members are kindly requested to be driven by chauffeurs, if possible, and to refrain from bringing guests to Parliament on this day. (e) Parliamentary staff drivers will be stationed at the Members' Entrance, Staff Entrance and Public Entrance to park the vehicles driven by Hon. Members of Parliament in the designated parking areas. (f) Since the Public Gallery is restricted to invited guests, all the Hon. Members of Parliament are kindly requested to have any other guests (excluding spouses) alight at the Jayanthipura Entrance. A special transport arrangement has been made to take these guests to the Public Entrance.
