¶ 06 (The objective of this amendment is to reduce Recurrent by Rs. 13,250,000,000 and Capital by Rs. 68,850,000,000 under Head 240 - Department of National Budget, by transferring provisions for budget proposals, other than Nos. 01, 02, 04, 05, 06, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 31, 42, 43, 45, 48, 50, 54, 55, 58, 61, to the institutions implementing those proposals; and to facilitate changes to subjects and functions among Ministries in line with Extraordinary Gazette No. 2458/65 dated 2025.10.18.)
