Subsequently, the COVID-19 pandemic and the economic crisis delayed implementation. Activities recommenced in 2023. ¶ 08 (b) (i) Yes. Following the notice issued on 2025.04.07 to commence work, investors are preparing basic plans and taking steps to obtain necessary approvals from relevant government institutions.

¶ 10 (iii) Development work on the surrounding land of the administrative building is ongoing. Upon completion, and after obtaining the total assessed value of the land and building, further steps will be taken to allocate it to a suitable investor.
