¶ 02 The Election Commissioner and the Election Commission acted in violation of the rules they themselves issued. The National People's Power committed the second wrong in the Hambantota District. During the General Election, nine Principals were named as suspects and information was sent to the Commission. That is the first issue. I asked that it be investigated.
