¶ 09 In terms of Article 79 of the Constitution of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, I wish to inform that on 04th August, 2025, I endorsed the Certificate on the Bill titled “Companies (Amendment)”.

¶ 10 MEDIATION (CIVIL AND COMMERCIAL DISPUTES) BILL: PETITION TO THE SUPREME COURT

¶ 11 In terms of Article 121(1) of the Constitution, I wish to inform Parliament that a copy of a petition filed before the Supreme Court in respect of the Bill titled “Mediation (Civil and Commercial Disputes)” was received by me on 25th July, 2025.

¶ 12 AUDITOR-GENERAL'S REPORT

¶ 13 In terms of Article 154(6) of the Constitution:

¶ 14 - Part III, Section 20(7) of the Report of the Auditor-General for the financial year 2020; and - Parts II, III, IV and Part I of Part IX of the Report of the Auditor-General for the financial year 2024,

¶ 15 are laid before the House.
