¶ 03 2) As amended, Regulation published under Section 3 of the Excise (Special Provisions) Act, No. 13 of 1989, by the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies (Gazette Extraordinary No. 2434/04 of 28.04.2025); and

¶ 04 3) Order published under Section 19 read with Section 51 of the Finance Act, No. 35 of 2018, relating to Luxury Tax on Motor Vehicles, by the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies (Gazette Extraordinary No. 2434/05 of 28.04.2025).

Speaker, with leave of the House, I move that the Annual Performance Reports for 2024 of the National Police Commission, Finance Commission, Audit Service Commission, Election Commission, Public Service Commission and Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption, which were tabled in Parliament on Tuesday, 08th July 2025 and Wednesday, 09th July 2025, be referred, not to the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Public Management, Justice and Security, but to the Committee on Parliamentary Business and Constitutional Affairs in terms of Standing Order 126.
