¶ 02 (a) (i) Was the Anti-Corruption Committee Office established under the Office of the then Prime Minister?

¶ 03 (ii) Will the Cabinet Memorandum and the Cabinet decision regarding the establishment of the aforesaid Committee be presented?

¶ 04 (iii) The number of members at that Committee;

¶ 05 (iv) The names and addresses of those members, separately;

¶ 06 (v) The number of complaints received by the Office at the time of its closure; and

¶ 07 (vi) The number of cases filed;

¶ 08 (b) (i) The name and address of the person who served as the Director General of the aforesaid Office; and

¶ 09 (ii) Whether she is aware he drove a vehicle without permission, causing an accident?

¶ 10 (c) If not, why?
