¶ 01 Occupants of State Lands in Manmunai Pattu DS Division: Provision of Deeds of Grant or Land Permits

¶ 02 Question to the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Land and Irrigation: (a) Will he inform this House— (i) whether he is aware that applications were submitted to the Manmunai Pattu Divisional Secretariat by landless persons between 01.01.2017 and 31.03.2025 to acquire land; (ii) if so, the number of such persons, their names and relevant details; (iii) whether such persons have been issued Deeds of Grant or Land Permits; and (iv) if so, the number of such persons with names and details? (b) Will he also inform this House— (i) whether he is aware that a majority of persons residing on government lands in the Manmunai Pattu Division have not been issued Deeds of Grant or Land Permits so far; (ii) if so, the number, names and details; and (iii) the reasons for not issuing such documents so far? (c) If not, why?
