¶ 01 asked the Minister of Public Security and Parliamentary Affairs: (a) Will he inform this House - (i) the number of cybercrime cases relating to offences against women that have been resolved and those that remain pending investigation or prosecution, separately for each province during the last three years; (ii) the average time taken for the resolution of such cases; (iii) whether dedicated cybercrime units have been established in each province, including the Northern Province; (iv) whether any steps have been taken to strengthen digital safety for women, including use of AI-based monitoring systems, public awareness programmes and stricter enforcement measures; and (v) if so, the details of such initiatives? (b) If not, why?
