¶ 01 Our government’s policy is to ensure that every citizen has the opportunity to live a dignified and secure life.

¶ 02 This Budget discusses every segment of the population across the country and analyzes their needs, preparing measures to address them. If one understands the content, it is clear what program of work is included for each citizen segment, from early childhood onwards. In the past we saw Budgets that moved in a one-sided manner, allocating funds to favor friends and cronies.

¶ 03 Through this Budget, the National People’s Power has shown how to present a Budget with fiscal discipline, economic vision, and direction. We believe the people, trusting us once again, are looking forward to the prosperity we hope to build through the relief provided in this Budget.
