¶ 01 Misuse happens financially and with lands. Often, people submit a project report, use it to obtain land, and then do nothing. We receive complaints and can verify. We invite genuine investors who will actually implement industries; we are ready to assist them, provide facilities, and find suitable lands, and to expedite procedures. But we will not entertain those who merely submit papers to grab land. Committees have been set up to facilitate genuine investors and to identify and separate out the paper proposers. These lands cannot be sub-leased in that manner. We have a process to identify misused lands and we promise to act swiftly and reallocate them to real investors and projects.
