¶ 01 Mr. Presiding Member, I move the following amendment to Clause 19 (Insertion of new section 513A in the principal enactment):

¶ 02 On page 19, delete line 30 and substitute: “to a fine not exceeding rupees eighty million.”

¶ 05 Clause 20 (Amendment of section 529 of the principal enactment)

¶ 06 (1) On page 20, delete lines 33 and 34 and substitute: “(8) other than shares of the company, directly or indirectly transferring money or property with a view to the distribution of profits; and”

¶ 07 (2) On page 21, delete lines 1 to 3 (both lines inclusive).

¶ 08 Amendments put, and agreed to.
