¶ 01 Hon. Speaker, my first supplementary is this.

¶ 02 Hon. Deputy Minister, as you know, within the CMC limits and surrounding areas there are both National and Provincial schools, with a greater number of Provincial schools. Most children attending Provincial schools come from low-income families in nearby areas. Under the new education reforms, Grade 1 reforms commenced this year. In National schools and schools attended by children of financially stronger parents, there is no issue—parents have provided smart boards and Internet facilities. But schools attended by low-income children face a severe crisis because parents cannot afford smart boards or Internet facilities. The Grade 1 module includes 20 QR codes, which require Internet access for learning. Due to the lack of these facilities, inequality in education is arising. The Prime Minister stated at a press briefing that devices will be provided from March—the third month of this year. What is the interim arrangement for Grade 1 students in these low-income schools during these three months?
