The Hon. Bimal Rathnayake - Minister of Transport, Highways and Urban Development and the Leader of the House of Parliament

¶ 01 Hon. Speaker, on behalf of the Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education, I present the following Orders and Regulations:

¶ 02 (1) Order under Section 10 of the Customs Ordinance relating to Import Duties (Extraordinary Gazette No. 2461/40 of 07.11.2025);

¶ 03 (2) Regulation made under Section 6 of the Value Added Tax Act, No. 14 of 2002 as amended by Act No. 19 of 2019, by the Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, published in Extraordinary Gazette No. 2461/43 of 07.11.2025; and

¶ 04 (3) Order made under Section 3(3) of the Ports and Airports Development Levy Act, No. 18 of 2011 by the Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, published in Extraordinary Gazette No. 2461/44 of 07.11.2025.

¶ 05 I move that these Orders and Regulations be referred to the Committee on Public Finance.

¶ 06 Question put, and agreed to.

¶ 07 Hon. Speaker, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Infrastructure, I present the Annual Report of the Sri Lanka Cashew Corporation for the year 2021.

¶ 08 I move that this Report be referred to the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Environment, Agriculture and Sustainable Development.
