¶ 01 Sir, I am raising a Point of Order under Standing Order Nos. 92(2) and 118(3), which relate to the Committee on Ethics and Privileges. Sir, I wish to ask—

¶ 02 Hon. Member, you brought this issue also to the attention of the Hon. Speaker this morning.

¶ 03 Sir, this is not about the issue with Sudaththa Thilakasiri, but about an issue with the Hon. Speaker and the Leader of the House. Sir, please hear me briefly. False allegations were levelled against me in Parliament that I insulted girls; I was suspended from speaking for eight days. An inquiry was held, and the report clearly finds the Speaker at fault. Then, who will take action against the Leader of the House and the Speaker, Hon. Deputy Speaker? Who is accountable? The inquiry report shows the Speaker and the Leader of the House were at fault. Who is responsible? Please answer. This is for the Ethics and Privileges Committee—
