¶ 01 On behalf of the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, I move that the regulations made under section 34 read with section 3 of the Convention Against Doping in Sports Act, No. 33 of 2013—namely the 2026 Prohibited List published in Gazette Extraordinary No. 2471/51 of 16 January 2026 and presented on 17 March 2026—be approved. (Cabinet approval has been granted.)

¶ 03 On behalf of the Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education, I move that the regulation made by the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies under section 3 read with section 46 of the Strategic Development Projects Act, No. 14 of 2008, published in Gazette Extraordinary No. 2474/66 of 8 February 2026 and presented on 19 March 2026, be approved. (Cabinet approval has been granted.)

¶ 05 On behalf of the Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education, I move that the rules made by the Chair of the Governing Board and the Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under section 105 read with section 7(1)(a) and Part VI of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka Act, No. 16 of 2023, relating to the repatriation of export earnings—published in Gazette Extraordinary No. 2473/30 of 30 January 2026 and presented on 17 March 2026—be approved. (Cabinet approval has been granted.)
