Speaker, I present the Report of the Ministerial Consultative Committee on Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government on the following Bill and Annual Reports referred to the said Committee: (i) The Local Authorities Elections (Special Provisions) Bill; and (ii) The Annual Reports of the Open University for the years 2020 and 2021.
