¶ 01 Everybody, listen to me. I am the Chair. Hon. Leader of the Opposition, your remark is an insult to the Chair—not to me personally, but to this Chair. Yesterday, another insult was made and expunged. I was not in the Chair then.

¶ 02 Please sit down; it is my turn to speak. Maintain decorum, or I will have to call the Serjeant-at-Arms. You called the Chair by an improper word which has been expunged, and you cannot say it again. I would have taken the same action then.
