¶ 01 Question No. 10 – 669/2025 – Millennium City Housing Complex, Oruwala: Lands set aside for common amenities.

¶ 02 Question to the Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development:

¶ 03 (a) (i) The extent purchased by Ceylinco Developers and Real Estate Company from the Steel Corporation lands in Oruwala for the Millennium City Housing Complex, submitted to the UDA for plan approval;

¶ 04 (ii) Whether an approved plan exists and, if so, to present it;

¶ 05 (iii) If not, reasons;

¶ 06 (iv) The extents to be set aside, set aside as per plan, and physically set aside for common amenities, separately;

¶ 07 (v) Whether the physically set-aside lands are shown in the approved plan;

¶ 08 (vi) If not, reasons;

¶ 09 (vii) Whether lands for common amenities have been set aside from marsh outside the complex;

¶ 10 (viii) Whether this is legal;

¶ 11 (ix) If not, measures to be taken.

¶ 12 (b) (i) The extent alienated from lands set aside for common amenities;

¶ 13 (ii) Action taken against it;

¶ 14 (iii) Measures to re-acquire the said lands.

¶ 15 (c) If not, why?
