¶ 01 There were three DNA tests regarding Sara Jasmine. Only one of the three confirmed it was Sara Jasmine. We do not accept that. We ask why the Government cannot conduct another DNA test.

¶ 02 I do not have time to speak on the Galenigama incident. I have already tabled the relevant documents before, Hon. Deputy Speaker.

¶ 03 Therefore, we request that the document of “The National Catholic Committee for Justice to Easter Sunday Attack Victims” be considered, and that an independent international investigation be held for justice and fairness. We also request that the recommendations of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry be implemented.

¶ 04 His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith and many Archbishops have signed this. At this very moment, in the Public Gallery of this House, our Father Rohan Silva has also signed it. Therefore, the Government has a duty to deliver justice for the innocent Catholic people and all the innocent people of our country who died. We know they cannot deliver justice. But at least reveal who committed this crime. With that, I conclude.
