¶ 13 I move the following amendments: (1) On page 9, delete line 17 and substitute: “whereupon, such person may be removed from membership and have his registration cancelled;” (2) On page 9, delete line 19 and substitute: “Provided however, in lieu of removal from membership and cancellation of registration, the Council may” (3) On page 9, delete lines 22 to 25 (both lines inclusive) and substitute: “Furthermore, if the Council is satisfied that such person is fit to be re-admitted and re-registered, the reasons for his prior removal and cancellation shall not bar his subsequent re-admission to membership and re-registration.” (4) On page 10, delete line 3 and substitute: “removal and cancellation of registration or the suspension of a member’s membership;” (5) On page 10, delete line 5 and substitute: “(4) A person removed from membership and whose registration has been cancelled under this section”
