¶ 09 I move the following amendment: On page 13, delete lines 17 to 20 (both inclusive) and substitute: “means, other than a container terminal within a specified Port as defined or declared under section 2 of the Sri Lanka Ports Authority Act, No. 51 of 1979, any business within Sri Lanka engaged in operating container terminals, container depots and container freight stations.”
