¶ 01 Madam Presiding Member, on behalf of the Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, I move:

¶ 02 “That this Parliament resolves that, under Section 8 of the Appropriation Act, No. 34 of 2023, for the 2024 financial year, the following Schedule of revised limits to be delegated by the Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development to State Officers in respect of Escrow Accounts be approved:

¶ 03 Schedule — Order under Section 8 of the Appropriation Act, No. 34 of 2023: By virtue of powers under Section 8, I, Anura Kumara Dissanayake, Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, with the approval of the Government, revise the maximum limits in Columns II and IV and the minimum limits in Column III of the Third Schedule of the Act for Escrow Accounts under Item Nos. 18701, 20201, 20401, 21001, 21101, 24501, 24701, 25401, 26101, 27401, 30401, 31001, 33501, 33601, 50101, 22101, 26301, 28201 and 32701, as set out in the annexed table.
