¶ 01 Hon. Speaker, I present the Annual Report and Accounts of the Sri Lanka Land Development Corporation for the year 2023.

¶ 02 I move that this Report be referred to the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Infrastructure and Strategic Development.

¶ 04 Hon. Speaker, in terms of Sections 18, 24, 28 and 30 read with Section 44(c) and (e) of the National Transport Commission Act, No. 37 of 1991, I present the Orders made by the Minister of Transport, Highways and Urban Development, published in Gazette Extraordinary No. 2471/68 of 17 January 2026.

¶ 05 I move that these Orders be referred to the Ministerial Consultative Committee on the Ministry of Transport, Highways and Urban Development.

¶ 07 Hon. Speaker, in terms of Section 237 read with Sections 21, 22, 23, 24 and 24A of the Motor Traffic Act (as amended), I present the Orders made by the Minister of Transport, Highways and Urban Development, published in Gazette Extraordinary No. 2470/14 of 05 January 2026.

¶ 08 I move that these Orders be referred to the Committee on Public Finance.

¶ 09 Question put, and agreed to.

¶ 10 Hon. Speaker, on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism, I present, in terms of Standing Order 120(4), the Report on the observations and actions taken regarding matters relating to the Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Agency contained in the Report presented to Parliament by the Committee on Public Enterprises.

¶ 11 I move that this Report be referred to the Committee on Public Enterprises.
